You would think 5 stars from practically every client is a red flag or something suspicious. I took a leap of faith and went to this office. The care there is genuine. The whole office staff was kind and accommodating and not just with me but each individual that entered the building. I was seen for a limited exam to see what treatment options are available for the hole that had developed. The best part is, after the x-rays and exam by Dr. Orozco I was able to get treatment right away! No extra time off work which was awesome. I understand that some treatments may have to get approved by the insurance company first but I don't have insurance so I am free to go where I please and get treatment right away. Obviously there is a cost to that but even if I had insurance and this was "out-of-network" I would still choose to come here. Dr. Orozco was very thorough, kind and wasn't bothered by my questions. She communicated with me every step she took and told me what to expect. Overall a great experience.
After finding Ez Dental on the web and reading the reviews I made an appointment, the staff and Doctor treated me as a first time customer like an old friend. It was determined I needed to have an extraction, I'm not a good patient so I was handled with much care and time to do the procedure, a follow up was done and again very professional office staff and facility. I would highly recommend there office and thank the staff and Doctor for so much patience during my procedure..

Dr. Orozco is one of the BEST Dentist I have ever met.!!! She is caring, patient, compassionate and takes the time to explain the procedure in details. Throughout and after my procedure, she made sure I was doing ok. Her staff is AMAZING and have excellent customer service skills ! I would recommend Dr . Orozco 100 percent!
